These terms cover use of MODRN Clinic Revenue Planner, operated by BBC LLC d/b/a MODRN Vitality under the brand MODRN Vitality and Aesthetics. If you use the planner, you agree to these terms.

What the planner is

The planner shows example revenue figures for adding FOCUS Shockwave at a clinic. The figures are for business planning only. They are not a promise of revenue or results. Results vary by market, pricing, and patient demand.

The planner is not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Product wording

FOCUS Shockwave may support relief of minor muscle aches and pain. The planner does not describe regulatory status, does not name conditions, and does not give clinical guidance.

Who it is for

This version is for clinic owners and managers in the United States. It is not for patients. Do not send patient names, health information, or anything about a patient's care.

Financing and purchases

Financing is available. Financing figures in an estimate are examples and need separate paperwork. The planner does not show a cash purchase price. A device purchase is governed by a separate purchase agreement, and by your state's scope-of-practice rules. These terms do not replace that agreement.
